KJ has been involved in strategy and conceptualisation of most of the first generation loyalty programs in the country and has been using technology effectively in the marketing campaigns to get the best results. He has an experience of designing,
developing and implementing a range of programs with integration of technology and business goals in his initial assignments and has been instrumental in conceptualising and creating Evolve's in-house CRM software besides co-architecting a
web based CRM platform THINXbox.
KJ has worked with stints in organisations like Result: McCann as a Database Architect; as a founding member and COO of Gotocustomer (later acquired by Omnicom Worldwide - one of the largest Media Groups worldwide) before he planned to become an entrepreneur by co-founding Evolve Brands armed with an experience of 30 years.

Kj holds a Management Qualification coupled with a degree in Computer Applications. He is an avid sportsman with very regular in Swimming, Chess and Cricket. Has been a state level cricket player and has played for Delhi.
Harish, is a first generation entrepreneur. He works closely with clients to clearly define and express their sense of purpose and distinctiveness; always with an acute eye on the commercial imperatives of their business. His logic, creativity
and meticulous attention to detail have delivered some amazing success stories for both his clients and himself.
Prior to Evolve, he was Head of Loyalty & Relationship Consulting Business at GotoCustomer, which was eventually acquired by Omnicom, one of the largest Media Groups worldwide. In his earlier stints, he served the start-up operations at Baazee.com India (Later acquired by ebay Inc); at Multiple Zones India's as of Business Head of Catalog marketing operations and Brilliant's Computer Centre where he dabbled with various verticals of Corporate Training & Franchising for the training major.
On his ideas of running an organisation, he feels that Transparency, Innovation and Initiative are the 3 pillars of a successful business and is a creative thinker. He constantly thinks of achieving new frontiers and is the inspiring architect of THINXbox, Evolve's new frontier on technology.
He handles Business Strategy & Development besides Client retention, HR, Administration and Employee engagement at Evolve.
Harish is a Chemistry Graduate with dual PG Qualifications in Computers & Business Management. He is a fan of parallel cinema, likes Reading, writing, travelling and is both a closet poet & aspiring author.
Venkata Swaroop manages a techno-marketing role at Evolve. He is responsible for innovation, technical design function and vertical business development.
He possesses over 7 years expertise in designing Technology enabled Loyalty solutions for channel , Influencers and consumers, with many diversified sectors in different roles & responsibilities. Prior to Evolve, his passionate work towards Image Processing Algorithms lead to discussion on various projects on Image processing and Object Detection Algorithms at Bhabha Atomic Research, where he interned after his masters in engineering.
He has also served as a guest faculty in RGPVV. Few of his research papers have also been discussed in International & National Conferences
( WSEAS University of Cambridge 2010, ICSIP’09 India ). Academically, Venkat is Master in Engineering from M S Ramiah Institute of Technology. He has an avid interest in Super bikes and travel.
Sumit is a multi-tasker who has demonstrated his strengths in managing clients/people across all levels of management deftly handling them even in high-pressure situations. He is currently handling New Business Development, Retention & Operations
of Delhi branch.
Sumit is a hardcore agency professional. Prior to Evolve, he was Head of Client Servicing and Operations at Megaron, an event agency which was later acquired by MCI, one of the leading event management companies across the globe and prior with Solutions Integrated, a leading integrated marketing company. He is adapt at a solution centric approach while consulting a business and his responsiveness towards his team, customers and vendors is well appreciated by one and all.
Sumit is a avid learner on the job and this urge to learn something new had kept him going from last 20 years of his career.
Academically, Sumit is a Science graduate and an MBA in Marketing. He is a complete Bollywood buff and has keen interest in watching and playing cricket.
Prabhindar, brings with him over 13 years of experience in Business Development across a range of service industry In Travel, Aviation & Digital platforms. His core competence being digital which equips him with an experience across the gamut of digital platform including Text, Voice, Internet, Online and Mobility. He is a great team-worker and a hands-on person with a keen eye on detail with a very customer focused approach toward problem solving.
Prior to Evolve, Prabhindar was Head - Brand Solutions at Digital Quotient (an HT Media company), where he was responsible for Business Development across all Digital solutions. Selling end-to-end integrated solutions, he is one of the few people who not only understands, but has also run many successful campaigns for a plethora of Brands as 360 degree solutions - both from a campaign and enterprise perspective.
He is a part of the leadership team at Evolve Brands and spearheads the digital vertical of product management, client acquisition, retention and growth besides integrating it with the core service portfolio of the company.
Prabhindar is equipped with a Master's in International Business and Marketing from Deakin University, Australia and is an alumnus of The Doon School, Dehradun.
