1. How to reach “SUPERSITARE Program Center”?
   The SUPERSITARE Program Center is based in New Delhi. The Dealers can reach us on 011-32938247 and fax at 011-42648348 or email at supersitare@supersitare.com
   
   
2. Who is eligible to participate in this Programme?
   All Dealers who purchase from Authorized JK Paper Wholesalers can participate in the SUPERSITARE Reward Programme.
   No matter, what quantum of business you do with JK, JK Paper Ltd. invites you to join the JK Paper SUPERSITARE Trade Relationship Programme.
   
   JK Paper SUPERSITARE Trade Relationship Programme is valid only on purchases of JK Copier & JK Excel Bond from JK Paper’s Wholesalers. (List of Wholesalers)
   
   Please remember, this Programme is open for Dealer-company representation only by the Owners or Proprietors / Partners of the Dealer Company. No employees can participate in this programme on behalf of their organizations or otherwise.
   
   
3. What Products of JK Paper are eligible to participate in the Programme?
   JK Copier & JK Excel Bond are the products eligible for participation in this SUPERSITARE programme.
   
   
4. How to register for the first-time?
   Every Dealer who is desirous of participating in the JK Paper SUPERSITARE Trade Relationship Programme need to contact the JK PAPER wholesaler in their region/city.
   
   The Dealer has to purchase a minimum of 5 cartons of JK Copier or JK Excel Bond for participating in the Programme and Fill-up a Registration Form required to enroll in the Programme, which shall be provided by the wholesaler.
   
   Only on completion of above, the Wholesaler would hand over a SUPERTARS Star-book & Stickers to the Dealer
   
   This Star book will henceforth be your log-book for Dealer participation in the JK Paper SUPERSITARE programme for your purchases of JK Copier & JK Excel Bond.
   
   
5. Till when can a dealer register/join the JK SuperSitare programme?
   The JK SuperSitare Programme is an Open-Ended Program. A Dealer can make a beginning anytime during the course of the Programme by Registering with the Wholesaler. He needs to follow the Registration Process which will be informed to him by the Wholesaler.
   
   
6. How can I change my registration details?
   As of now, you cannot change your registration details. However this facility will be provided very soon to take note of any changes in your profile.
   
   
7. How Do I Register “New Purchase” of JK Copier/JK Excel Bond on the Star book?
   Ask for your SUPERSTAR Sticker(s) on every 5 carton purchase of JK Copier/JK Excel Bond from your Wholesaler. Paste the SUPERSTAR Sticker(s) on the Star book. You are required to continue to maintain this Record of your purchase in your Star book to qualify for redemption of gifts from our Reward catalogue which should be provided to you by your wholesaler after you have enrolled yourself in the Supersitare Programme.
   
   
8. How often can a dealer redeem gifts?
   You can redeem your gifts at any point of time, when you have enough to redeem.
   
   
9. How does JK Paper calculate my stickers?
   You will get 1 (one) sticker on purchase of 5 (five) JK Copier cartons & 2 (two) stickers on purchase of 5 (five) JK Excel Bond cartons from your wholesaler.
   
   
10. Can I share my WIN with a sister organization/dealership?
    No, you cannot share your win with any other organization.
    
    
11. How does a dealer redeem gifts against his stickers accumulated?
    The dealer pastes his stickers in the star book and sends it to the program center mentioning the gift ID & name of the product from the reward catalogue.
    He needs to send the same to the following address:

12. How would I see all my accumulated stickers?
    This Information would be provided to you by JK’s Branch Managers, Wholesalers or you can contact JK Supersitare Program center for this.
    
13. How do I redeem gifts from the Reward catalogue?
    A Reward catalogue will be sent to you within 30 days of the Start of the Programme after you are enrolled. By this time you would have accumulated reasonable number of stickers for redemption.
    
    Each item in the catalogue has the relevant value of stickers and depending on the number of stickers you accumulate, you can claim the reward.
    
    Once the reward will be claimed, Supersitare Program Center will take care of the logistics and get the same to you within 3-4 weeks time.
    
    
14. Can I exchange my stickers for cash?
    No, this is a Reward and Recognition programme and stickers can only be redeemed against a variable set of rewards as mentioned in the Reward Catalogue
