- The Participating Company does not have any right to make representation on behalf of JK Paper Ltd. Neither this Programme nor its Terms and Conditions shall be construed as distributorship, joint venture, agency relationship or as granting of franchisee.
- JK Paper Ltd. is nowhere making an acknowledgement on behalf of the Dealer Company in endorsing the latter's products or services. Any claims made by the dealer to the contrary will result in expulsion of the dealer from the Programme.
- The Programme is open for enrollment for all paper resellers/dealers who buy directly from the JK Paper Ltd. Authorized Wholesalers across India.
- The Programme has been designed keeping the Trade Channel in mind. The Company understands that it is imperative to reward & recognize the Dealer for the efforts made to promote JK Paper Ltd. products and maintain a sizable market-share. The Company in return expects the same spirit to be reciprocated by the dealer.
- The enrolling dealers have to ensure that they furnish information in its true form and any mis-represented information will result in permanent disqualification, from the Programme and schemes run by JK Paper Ltd.
- The dealer is liable for disqualification/ expulsion from the programme and other such programme/ incentive schemes, on the observation/report of any unfair trade practices being carried out by the wholesaler/dealer.
- JK Paper Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, alter or close the “JK Paper SuperSitare Trade Relationship Programme” at any point of time without giving any reason(s) and intimation(s) for the same.
- JK Paper Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any dealer from the Programme and any other Company or agency run programme, without assigning any reason / intimation / justification thereof to the aggrieved dealer or any other person.
- JK Paper Ltd. reserves the right for the computation of the Reward mechanics which shall be final, conclusive and binding on the dealers and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.
- Winners do not have the Option to take CASH in lieu of any kind of rewards/ Incentives. The stickers will be redeemed only against products, vouchers or services as featured in the Rewards catalogue. Redemption of Reward stickers against any outstanding or payments due to any of the Wholesaler is not permissible.
- JK Paper Ltd. or its agency is not responsible for delays in courier/ post for the claims/ documentation to be received as part of the programme.
- All participating dealers should compulsorily provide a Mobile no./Contact no. JK Paper Ltd. will not be responsible for any mails or text messages transmitted from those mobile nos.
- The Reward merchandise would be available for redemptions against the stickers accrued by the dealer. The same holds good for any kind of incentive scheme launched from the JK Paper Ltd. stable. Under no circumstances are the stickers transferable between companies and individuals.
- The merchandise available on redemption would carry its routine manufacturer warranty unless mentioned otherwise thereof. For all requests for maintenance/ warranty/replacement issues the dealer has to directly contact the manufacturer/authorized agent/distributor.
- All products featured in the Rewards catalogue are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties/ restrictions at the time of redemption. JK Paper Ltd. gives no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the products/ services offered in the Rewards programme.
- JK Paper Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at any time without any prior notice.
- JK Paper Ltd. or its representing agency will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged or lost in transit.
- The maximum number of accrued stickers which an individual/ organization can accumulate is 50,000. Beyond this accrual value, the stickers stand nullified. This is being implemented to ensure Best Trade practices.
- Redemption request once given to JK Paper Ltd. cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed. On redemption, the Rewards sticker would automatically be subtracted from the accumulated balance.
- Goods will reach the dealers within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the order on a best effort basis. Not withstanding the same, JK Paper Ltd. will not be held liable for any delay beyond this time period.
- The existence of any dispute regarding the Reward products/ services shall not constitute a claim against JK Paper Ltd. The decision of JK Paper Ltd. & its representing agency will be final and binding. No requests and communication will be entertained in this regard thereafter.
- The period of the JK Paper SuperSitare Programme will be of 12 months from (1st April '10 – 31st March '11). The Programme period is divided into Quarters:
Q1- AMJ (April, May, June)
Q2- JAS (July, August, September)
Q3- OND (October, November, December)
Q4- JFM (January, February, March)
- Every Quarter you will receive new stickers from your wholesalers for your purchases of JK Copier. These should need to be submitted to the SuperSitare Programme Center before the end of the next consecutive quarter. Otherwise stickers of that quarter will expire and will not be entertained after the end of the next quarter.
Example:
All stickers earned on your purchases in Q1 (AMJ) should be submitted to the SuperSitare Programme Center before the end of Q2 (JAS) or else these stickers will lapse. Similarly for Q2 (JAS), against purchases of Q2 (JAS) you will again get new stickers which should be submitted to SuperSitare Programme Center within Q3 (OND). If your Q2 stickers don't reach us before the end of Q3 (OND), these stickers will lapse and will not be counted in your account. Q4 stickers should be submitted on or before 31st May 2011.
You may redeem your gifts quarterly or annually. - Any stickers from old programme year will not be eligible for redemption.
- Wholesalers who will enroll any new dealer in the JK Paper SuperSitare Programme will have to use the New Registration Form for their enrollment which can be downloaded from the SuperSitare website (www.supersitare.com). Any old registration forms that are sent across for enrollment of dealers to SuperSitare Programme Center will not be entertained.
- If any reward merchandise model is obsolete or has come to an “end of life” stage, then SuperSitare Programme Center will inform the respective Branch Manager and will also recommend an alternate model of the same brand on the SuperSitare website for 10 days. The Branch Manager, after consultation with dealers will have the option to accept/ reject the model.
- Incase if the alternate model suggested is found unsuitable and the Branch Manager rejects this, the dealer is required to send a new redemption request immediately to the SuperSitare Programme Center and no delay in this regard will be considered.
- All issues, concerns and feedbacks pertaining to invoice entries, sticker dispatch, sticker account balance or delivery of rewards should be raised to JK personnel who will log-in the concern on the Complaint Management System on behalf of the dealer and will revert back with the feedback provided by SuperSitare Programme Center.
- Redemption of gifts can be done only from the new 2010-11 Reward Catalogue. No gift requests from old catalogues will be entertained for the 2010-11 Programme.
- Gifts may be redeemed only from this 2010-11 Reward catalogue that you are currently reading. It is also made available on the website (www.supersitare.com).
- Due to market trends, if there is a considerable hike in the price of any product/service featured in the reward catalogue, JK Paper Ltd. reserves the right to either fulfill the budgeted price of the sticker value and the rest would be borne by the dealer or it would deduct the number of stickers from the dealers account to fulfill the exceeded price.
- In case of unavailability of a product/service or model or logistical constraints in delivery of a product to certain locations, the dealer may be advised to avail vouchers as per the reward catalogue in lieu of the said product/service.
- JK Paper will not be responsible for wholesalers not providing no. of entitled stickers to the dealers. It is the dealer's responsibility to claim his entitlement from the wholesaler
